Details of warranties, extended warranties and roadside assistance.

• All bikes unless stated come with a 3 month warranty.
• Our warranty will cover virtually anything other than damage cause due racing, off roading or an accident.
• If the bike is not economical to repair we will offer a full refund.
• Full details of the warranty will be supplied with the sales paperwork, these warranties do not affect your statutory rights.
  
• We can also offer a 1 year nationwide warranty.
• Roadside recovery packages available at competetive prices.

PDI INSPECTIONS - Details of our pre delivery inspection.

All of our bikes have a thorough check over when they arrive at the showroom, worn consumables are replaced where necessary and safety checks are carried out. It is in our interest as well as yours to ensure that we will not see the bikes again before the next service is due. Sold bikes will receive another check over before being released.

PART EXCHANGE - All part exchanges considered.

We will consider any part exchange even if it is on the HPI register. As long as you give us accurate details we can usually give you a value over the phone. When considering part exchanges you may find that other dealers seem to offer higher prices but chances are that their bikes for sale are considerably more expensive. All bikes coming in for part exchange will have an HPI check, please bear in mind that bikes on the HPI register are generally valued at least £500 less than their counterparts that are not on the register.

The only bikes we are reluctant to take in are Chinese imports, anything else we will consider.

HPI CHECKS

All of our bikes are HPI checked, if they are not HPI clear this will be stated in the advert but this will only relate to the odd trade in we have and the prices will reflect this.

We can carry out HPI checks for £10 + vat.

ALARMS - Thatcham approved alarms fitted, 3 year warranty.

We offer a choice of Acumen or Datatool alarms. Both are Thatcham Cat 1 approved. Alarms come with a 3 year manufacturers warranty and are supplied with insurance approved paperwork. Our alarm engineer is a registered fitter for all major alarms. Prices start from £200 fitted for bikes bought from us or £250 for bikes not supplied by us.

TRACKERS - Tracking devices fitted, backed up by the police force.

Vehicle tracking systems are becoming ever more popular. The last monthly figures we received from Tracker showed that of the 42 bikes that were reported stolen and fitted with a tracker 38 were recovered by the police. The tracker system we install is supplied by Tracker, more details can be found on their website www.tracker.co.uk. We will fit a tracker to a bike bought from us for £200, otherwise the price is £250.

AFTER MARKET PARTS - Wide range of after market parts supplied and fitted.

We can supply and fit a wide range of after market parts such as crash bungs, digital gear indicators, double bubble screens, LED lighting, luggage etc.

RACE EXHAUST CANS - Race cans and road legal cans available for most makes and models.

We can supply and fit our own range of exhaust cans, these come as stubby cans, full length cans, road legal cans with removable baffles, Moto GP cans, round, oval and tri oval, carbon, stainless, titanium and coloured titanium. For more information visit our website www.2t-r.com.

We have a bodywork expert of some 20 years experience, you would be amazed at the results even from what you may consider a lost cause, cracked and broken fairings can be repaired and factory quality finishes achieved even on quite badly damaged bodywork.

We can supply and fit any make of tyre, if you are in doubt as to what tyre would be most suitable for your bike, budget and riding style we can advise you.

BIKES BOUGHT - Any make, model and age considered.

We are always after new stock. If you have a bike for sale give us a call and we will give you a fair price for it, we will even come and collect it if necessary.
